Studygroup Amsterdam aims at spreading the teachings and practice of the Chokling Tersar Lineage, inspired by the teachings of Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche.

We host our weekly sangha meeting where we study the text "Jewel Ornament of Liberation" and practice shamatha / vipassana meditation.

Every second thursday of the month we watch and discuss a teaching from our lineage which is available through www.dharmasun.org.
We are a group where people who feel connected to Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche and / or his lineage can meet, and practice the Dharma together.

Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche is a leading master in Mahamudra and Dzogchen practice. He is a decendent of the lineage of Chogyur Dechen Lingpa. A lineage of famous meditation Yogis, and he is the son of His Eminence Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche.
